Accessing any page on QuizArcade constitutes your immediate acceptance of these terms. No explicit acknowledgement button or digital signature is required.
QuizArcade uses a virtual coin system to unlock games. Coins are completely free to earn — no credit card, subscription, or real money is ever involved.
Complete quizzes to earn coin rewards based on difficulty. The higher the difficulty, the bigger the reward. All quiz progress and coin balances are stored locally in your browser.
Watch optional rewarded video ads to earn bonus coins instantly. Ads are entirely optional — you can ignore them and still earn all coins through quizzes alone.
Each game requires an entry fee of 50-100 coins (varies by difficulty). Your coin balance is deducted when you start a game. Coins spent are non-refundable once a game session begins.
Your coin balance, completed games, and quiz history are stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data will reset your coins and progress.
All text content, quiz questions, code, designs, and brand symbols on QuizArcade belong to QuizArcade. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our pages for recreation.

QuizArcade is built for fun and fair competition. The following activities are strictly prohibited.
Attempting to bypass, inject, or tamper with quiz score values or submit counterfeit parameters to our grading system.
Using browser developer tools, local storage manipulation, or other methods to artificially inflate coin balances.
Using browser-based cheat extensions, script modules, or memory editors to automate trivia responses or manipulate game loops.
Any attempt to stress-test or perform denial-of-service requests on our servers will trigger automatic IP blacklisting.
Attempting SQL injection, XSS scripts, or any other security exploits against the QuizArcade infrastructure.
Using automated scraper tools, headless browsers, or programmatic crawlers to bulk-download game assets or quiz content.
QuizArcade embeds HTML5 browser games using sandboxed iframes from third-party distributors (GameMonetize, FiveMinuteGames). These games run on the publisher's server, not ours.

QuizArcade is not responsible for ads, popups, redirects, or cookies loaded inside third-party game frames. These are governed by each publisher's own policies.
Video, display, or interstitial advertisements may appear inside third-party game frames.
Redirection prompts or secondary game index links from publishers.
Separate cookie configs or tracking tags governed by each publisher's own policies.
QuizArcade respects the intellectual property rights of game developers and creators. If you believe any content infringes your rights, submit a formal DMCA claim.
All quiz questions, designs, and QuizArcade brand assets are the property of QuizArcade. Game IP remains with original developers per licensing agreements.
QuizArcade, its developers, and administrators provide all services on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis without warranties of any kind.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable regional regulations, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
